This is a quick recipe and can be served as a good combniation with chapathi, rice.
INGREDIENTS:
Boiled Eggs 3
Onion 2
Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Pepper powder 2 tsp
Salt To taste
Oil As required
Coriander leaves To garnish

METHOD:
- Cut the boiled eggs into small pieces.
- In a kadai, heat oil and add chopped onion. Fry till the onion becomes transparent.
- Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder, salt and stir well in low flame.
- Once the oil gets settled at the top, add the boiled eggs and cook for 2 mins.
- Add pepper and cook for a minute and off the flame.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
