Egg Pepper Masala

Cooking Time : 10 mins
Serves             : 2 Persons

This is a quick recipe and can be served as a good combniation with chapathi, rice.



INGREDIENTS:
Boiled Eggs                3
Onion                          2
Turmeric Powder        1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder       1/2 tsp
Cumin powder             1 tsp
Pepper powder            2 tsp
Salt                               To taste
Oil                                As required
Coriander leaves          To garnish


METHOD:

  1. Cut the boiled eggs into small pieces.
  2. In a kadai, heat oil and add chopped onion. Fry till the onion becomes transparent. 
  3. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder, salt and stir well in low flame.
  4. Once the oil gets settled at the top, add the boiled eggs and cook for 2 mins.
  5. Add pepper and cook for a minute and off the flame.
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
