This is another easy and healthy recipe which my kid loved a lot.
INGREDIENTS:
Rice 1 cup
Pudhina (Mint leaves) 1 cup
Coriander leaves 1/2 cup
Onion 1 medium size
Finely Chopped Ginger 1 tsp
Finely chopped Garlic 1 tsp ( 3 cloves)
Green chillies 3
Curd 2 tsp
Garam masala (Optional) 1/4 tsp
Salt To Taste
Oil As Required

STEPS:
- In a pressure cooker, heat oil and add Onion, Ginger, garlic, green chillies, and fry till the onion becomes light brown.
- Add Mint leaves and coriander leaves, garam masala and salt.
- Add curd, rice and 3 cups of water. Pressure cook for 2 whistles and keep in sim for 5 mins and remove from the flame.
- Serve hot with Raitha/papad.
