Baby Corn 1 Packet (250 gms)
Maida Flour 4 tbsp
Corn flour 2 tbsp
Ginger Garlic paste 1 tsp
Red Chilli powder/Chicken 65 Masala 1 tsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Garam masala 1/2 tsp
Curd 2 tbsp
Lemon juice 1 tsp
Salt To Taste

STEPS:
- Wash the baby corn well and cut into small length wise pieces.
- Mix the baby corn with the ingredients mentioned thickly. Allow it to marinate for 10 mins.
- Deep fry the baby corn and drain the excess oil. Serve hot.
