During my school days and college days, i used to have this as my lunch box meal atleast twice a month. I love to have this with potato fry.
INGREDIENTS:
Cooked Rice 2 cups
Lemon 1
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Mustard 1/4 tsp
Black gram 1/2 tsp
Bengal gram 1/2 tsp
Green chilli 2
Dry Red chilli 4
Curry leaves 1 strand
Chopped ginger 1/2 tsp

Dry Red chilli 4
Curry leaves 1 strand
Chopped ginger 1/2 tsp
STEPS:
- Mix lemon juice, turmeric powder and salt and keep it aside.
- In a pan, heat oil and add Mustard, Black gram, Bengal gram and once it turns golden brown, add Green chilli, Red chillies, curry leaves, ginger and remove from the flame.
- Mix the items from Step 1 and Step 2 gently.
- You can also add peanuts for additional taste.
