INGREDIENTS:
Potato 500 gm
Chilli powder 2 tsp
Garam masala 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Salt To Taste
Oil To fry

STEPS:
- Peel off the potato and cut into lengthwise pieces.
- Add Chilli powder, Garam masala, Turmeric powder, and Salt to the potato and let it marinate for 10 mins.
- In a kadai, heat oil and fry the potatoes in slow flame till it becomes crispy and serve hot.
