Spicy Potato Fry

Cooking time : 15 mins
Serves           : 2

Simple 3 step Recipe. This goes well with Lemon rice, Curd rice, Egg gravy or a snack with Tomato ketchup.


INGREDIENTS:
Potato                         500 gm
Chilli powder                2 tsp
Garam masala               1 tsp
Turmeric powder           1/4 tsp
Salt                               To Taste
Oil                                To fry

STEPS:

  1. Peel off the potato and cut into lengthwise pieces.
  2. Add Chilli powder, Garam masala, Turmeric powder, and Salt to the potato and let it marinate for 10 mins.
  3. In a kadai, heat oil and fry the potatoes in slow flame till it becomes crispy and serve hot.
