INGREDIENTS:
Mushroom 250 gms
Big Onion 2
Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Pepper powder 2 tsp
Salt To taste
Oil As required
METHOD:
- Cut the Mushroom into small pieces and wash well in boiling water.
- In a kadai, heat oil and add chopped onion. Fry till the onion becomes transparent.
- Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder, salt and stir well in low flame.
- Once the oil gets settled at the top, add the mushroom and stir well till the mushroom is cooked.
- Add pepper and cook for a minute and off the flame.
Tips:
If you more spicier, you can add more pepper.
