Pepper Mushroom Masala


Cooking Time : 10 mins
Serves             : 2 Persons

This is a quick recipe and can be served as a good combniation with chapathi, roti. I used white button mushroom here. INGREDIENTS:
Mushroom                250 gms
Big Onion                          2
Turmeric Powder        1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder       1/2 tsp
Cumin powder             1 tsp
Pepper powder            2 tsp
Salt                               To taste
Oil                                As required

METHOD:
  1. Cut the Mushroom into small pieces and wash well in boiling water.
  2. In a kadai, heat oil and add chopped onion. Fry till the onion becomes transparent. 
  3. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder, salt and stir well in low flame.
  4. Once the oil gets settled at the top, add the mushroom and stir well till the mushroom is cooked.
  5. Add pepper and cook for a minute and off the flame.
Tips:
If you more spicier, you can add more pepper.
